Fall Inspired Minimal Wreath

I made this fall inspired floral wreath for a friend of mine and really loved how it turned out! It’s an easy project you can finish in 30-45 minutes. I took some extra time to cut them all into smaller pieces before starting. I usually like to work with dried florals and keep things sustainable as possible, but we needed something that was a bit more weatherproof for our Georgia climate so I used faux flowers. I’ve linked the pieces I used at the end of this post, but you can use any variety of florals that are similar!

Here are some progression images of the wreath. They are in the order of how I arranged them. I didn’t use any hot glue (it gets too messy). Only a green florist wire.

  1. First, I wrapped the green, red and orange eucalyptus on the floral hoop. Then I layered the red berry bundles with the large dahlias on top of the eucalyptus.

  2. I added on the orange berries and dark green fern. I poked in a few anemone and snowball bush.

  3. I sprinkled in the glitter berries and more anemone. I tightened some of the greenery to the hoop.

  4. Lastly, a few more red berries and dark green fern for a deeper color and more fluff!

Here is a preview of the wreath on our dark green front door.

I’ve listed the florals and greenery you need to achieve this look. These are the exact ones I bought, but you can buy any variation similar to these if it’s not available:

I ended up not using the long white and green floral seen in the grid image of items so I left it off this list.
